You can’t let your fears define you.
Most fears are taught. When the worst happen, or is seen by others, it becomes a fear that drives us not to try.
Teach yourself to acknowledge the reason behind your fear. If its reasonable, it’s something that you should not try. If the fear comes from many reasons and none that you can specifically pick, it’s been taught and you need to move past it.
Fears can be educated out, you’ve just got to try.
